Limited Warranty Terms
ServiceLife warrants that its products are free from defect in material and workmanship. ServiceLife will according to specific durations and conditions, either repair or replace its product or any part of its product that prove to be defective because of defect of material or improper workmanship. Defective products will be repaired or replaced on an exchange basis and if ServiceLife is unable to repair or replace the product, refund will be issued at the current market value from when the warranty claim is made.
ServiceLife is not responsible for damage caused to its product that results from improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification. ServiceLife is not responsible for any product where the original identification information has been altered, obliterated, or removed, has not been handled or been packaged correctly.
ServiceLife is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any loss of data or any costs associated with determining the source of system problems or removing, servicing or installing ServiceLife. In the event of a claim, ServiceLife’s only obligation is to replace the hardware.
This warranty applies to the original end user of the product and is not passed on from end user to end user. An original or copy of an original invoice is required upon claim of warranty. This invoice must be either from ServiceLife itself or an authorised distributor/reseller of ServiceLife.
